Français : S.M. la reine Louise de Belgique. — Dans le livre, la gravure a été coloriée à la main (aquarelle). Il ne s’agit donc pas d’une méthode d’impression en couleur, comme dans le cas de la chromolithographie. La gravure comporte trois signatures, ce qui est fort rare : celle du peintre, du dessinateur, et du graveur. Il y a aussi mention de la ville (Anvers) du graveur, ce qui est très rare aussi. À l’arrière plan de la gravure, on aperçoit l’arrière du château royal de Laeken. |
