| Description |
Guide book says this building was commissioned by a Barcelona socialite and built on the edge of town. When the building was completed it was deemed so hideous by the people it was called La Pedrera (the rock quarry), and the socialite was made a laughstock. Now it's owned by a bank. Uploaded from the Time & Place Flickr group. |
