Català: Cementiri de Figueres. Tomba n. 13, Josep Maria Bernils explica, a “Els cementiris de Figueres”, que l’any 1985 els responsables municipals hi van dipositar les restes de Narcís Monturiol i Estarriol amb la finalitat de destinar-lo al panteó de personatges il·lustres. Aquestes despulles havien estat portades des del cementiri de Barcelona al de Figueres l’any 1972 i dipositades provisionalment al panteó número 13. Aquest, el número 13, és molt proper a l’anterior i hi figura una inscripció que diu “La ciutat de Figueres als seus difunts”. Havia estat aixecat l’any 1903 i era propietat de Pere Camps i Pinto. L’any 1949 l’Ajuntament va adonar-se que feia també trenta anys que no s’hi enterrava ningú i que es desconeixien els seus hereus i després dels tràmits reglamentaris també va passar a ser de propietat municipal.
