Description
English: The historic Lottes Building located at 1300 Adams Avenue in downtown La Grande, Oregon. It was built in 1913. This building is located within the La Grande Commercial Historic District, on the National Register of Historic Places.

A plaque on the building reads:

"Constructed in 1913 in the 20th Century Commercial style with a blond brick finish, this building is one of the anchor buildings in downtown La Grande. Early tenants of the building included Jack Allen's Supply Company, Red Cross Drug, A&W Root Beer, a cigar store and James Slater's law office. Later, the building provided law offices for Union County Circuit Court Judge Wesley F. Brownton."
