Español: La Auyama o Calabaza, un alimento que se consigue en gran parte de Venezuela y en esa oportunidad en una pequeña siembra pude comer quesillo y torta de auyama entre muchos platos que de seguro desconozco, se conoce también como: Ayote, Calabacín, Pipián, Purú, Sapuyo, Vitoriera, Zapallo, Calabacera, Abóbora, Boganga, Calabazabonetera, Calabaza botonera, Calabaza confitera, Calabaza de San Juan, Calabaza forrajera, Calabaza pastelera, Calabaza redonda, Calabazo y Camolenga según leí, así que todo depende del lugar donde se le encuentre en todo nuestro variado país.
