Description LaSalle 1939 Two-Door Touring Sedan. Each year in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn they hold The Raggamuffin Parade, which is a cross between s atreet fair, and a costume parade for children. As part of the festivities, they have a vintage and classic car show, which these autos are from. Shot on 3rd Avenue, Bay Ridge Brooklyn on October 2, 2010 during the 44th Annual Ragamuffin Parade.
