Deutsch: Die Villa für den Rauchwarenfabrikanten und Pelzhändler Paul Albert Thorer stand in der Beethovenstraße 35 an der Ecke Karl-Tauchnitz-Straße (dort wo heute der überdimensionierte villenähnliche Neubau steht) Beschreibung und Abbildung in Blätter für Architektur und Kunsthandwerk Bd. 11 (1898), S. 18 und Tafel 24. Anmerkung: die Hausnummer 15 stimmt definitiv nicht, Hausnummer 15 war die Villa Wölker.
