Summary
[edit]DescriptionLST-1 ready to dance at sunset.jpg |
English: The LST-1 is the first of four LSTs on the CTA-North site, which is located on the existing site of the Instituto de Astrofisica de Canarias’ (IAC’s) Observatorio del Roque de los Muchachos. The telescope was inaugurated on Wednesday, 10 October 2018, and it has been undergoing commissioning testing ever since. In this image the telescope had just been unparked, right after sunset, ready to detect some gamma-ray signal. |
