Summary

[edit]
Description
English: An eastbound LIRR train consisting of M7s passes through Jamaica station without stopping during the PM rush hour; such trains that skip Jamaica are colloquially known as "flyers". This train was routed via Track 0, which has no platform and is used for train layups during off peak hours, before merging onto Track 1 (the northernmost with a platform, as seen here) at the east end of the station. The station house, platform displays, and signals are visible in the background.
