Description
English: Portrait illustration of a Tong-doc (governor-general) of the Nguyễn dynasty, from the book Une campagne au Tonkin by Charles-Edouard Hocquard. Comparing to other photos and illustrations, it should be Mr Nguyễn Hữu Độ. Author of the illustration was Henri Thiriat, according to the signature.
