Title
LANCUM-43DC93: Roman vessel fragment
Description
English: Very eroded fragment of Samian ware vessel dating from the Roman period, i.e. c. AD43-410. It is made from bright orange fabric with some sandy inclusions, but none of the red slip remains. The sherd is very weathered and worn, but it most likely was a wall/body fragment from the lower half of the vessel.
