| Description |
Deutsch: Richtung Norden, im Hintergrund schient Licht in den Tunnelmund. Die Strecke wurde hier in einen Tunnel verlegt, weil sie dicht besiedeltes Stadtgebiet von Valencia quert. Die feste Fahrbahn war beim Bau auf das Umspuren auf Regelspur vorbereitet worden, an Dreischienengleise dachte niemand. Die Folge war ein praktischer Neubau. Das Richtungsgleis Catellón–Valencia (links) ist seit 2018 in Betrieb, das der Gegenrichtung zum Aufnahmezeitpunkt in Arbeit. Die Regelspurschiene ist nur abgelegt, aber nicht verspannt, die Spannklemmen befinden sich in der Vormontageposition. Die für S-Bahn-Verhältnisse ungewöhnlich langen Bahnsteige wurden an beiden Enden provisorisch verkürzt und in den ungenutzten Abschnitten auch nicht erneuert. |
