Description
Deutsch: Regio Shuttle RS 1, diese Dieseltriebwagen sind mit zwei Busantriebsanlagen und Allachsantrieb für den Regionalverkehr ausgesprochen stark motorisiert. Für die Führung der Radsätze und die Zugkraftübertragung verwendet der Hersteller elastische GfK-Lenker, die ohne verschleißanfällige Gelenke auskommen.
Zwischen dem linken Radsatz und der Sekundärfeder liegt der Fremdspannungsanschluss. Die für die zahlreichen Verbraucher kleine Batteriekapazität ist ein Schwachpunkt nahezu aller neueren Dieseltriebwagen. Sie erfordert bei längeren Abstellzeiten den Anschluss der Außenbordversorgung.
