| Description |
Deutsch: An der Bornaischen, Ecke Lichtensteinstraße auf der Südseite der Fritz-Austel-Brücke; die runde Kappe und die ungerade Zahl kennzeichnen Stellungen der napoleonischen Truppen. Auf der Nordseite sind die seinerzeit hier stehenden Truppenteile und ihre Kommandeure, vermerkt. Es betraf das VIII. und IX. Korps von Marschall Poniatowski und die III. und IV. Division der jungen Garde mit insgesamt 30 000 Mann. Wie viele Apelsteine ist auch dieser inzwischen eine 1989 gefertigte und 1997 am ursprünglichen Standort aufgestellte Replik, das Original steht seitdem am Torhaus Dölitz. |
