Notes bound for Prince Eugène of Savoy (1663-1736). He formed his library in 1712 . His bindings were coloured, according to the text: blue for theology and law, red for history and yellow for science books. Among his librarians, was Étienne Boyet (son of Luc-Antoine), who became binder in 1709. After his death, his library went to the national Austrian Library in Vienna (H. Helwig, Handbuch der Einbandkunde, I, p. 122). An analogous example kept in Prag, University Library, is reproduced in P. Hamanová, Z déjin knizní vazby, p. 265, n. 105 on text Jean Leger, Histoire générale des églises évangéliques des Vallées du Piémont ou Vaudoises, Leyde, 1669.
