Description Col. Anthony Hofmann (center), pauses for a photo with the mayor of Riverside, Mo., Kathy Rose, and the president of the Riverside-Quindaro Bend Levee District, Don Coleman, after a ceremony on July 1, 2013, marking the turnover of the levee to the city of Riverside.
