Description
Català: A la Vall de Boí es conserva un excepcional conjunt d’esglésies romàniques declarades Patrimoni Mundial per la Unesco . Entre elles Sant Feliu de Barruera, rodejada d’una natura exuberant que a l’ hivern ens regala imatges com aquesta.

La web www.centreromanic.com ens facilita els horaris de visita i la següent descripció: “A Sant Feliu de Barruera hi trobem elements arquitectònics dels dos grans moments constructius presents a la Vall de Boí: els segles XI i XII. Les diferències constructives de cada segle es fan evidents en els dos absis que conserva l’església: l’ absis del s.XI, decorat amb arquets cecs, bandes llombardes i amb un aparell irregular ben diferent dels carreus de l’ absis del s.XII.

Les remodelacions de l’església i els béns mobles que es conserven a l’interior ens mostren com els temples de la vall es van adaptant als gustos i a les necessitats de les comunitats que els han utilitzat des del segle XII fins als nostres dies sense interrupció.”
