Because of the low light in this part of the capitol rotunda, I used my camera's flash; this caused an unfortunate glare on the sign, leaving the text a bit hard to read...

Noticing the flash glare, my friend Nick Fletcher (known on flickr as winterofdiscontent) took the initiative to download the original photo, tweak the glare in photoshop, and e-mail an improved version back to me.
