Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Kutai Topos, saat ini berstatus sebagai kelurahan, merupakan permukiman paling ramai sekaligus ibu kota kecamatan Topos, kabupaten Lebong. Kutai Topos menurut cerita didirikan oleh salah satu dari empat biku dalam sejarah Rejang, Biku Bembo, dan dinamai menurut salah satu pohon yang kayunya besar dan bagus untuk peralatan rumah, kayu tapus atau topos. Topos dipercaya sebagai desa tertua Rejang, khususnya dari zaman biku. Sementara, desa-desa zaman sebelumnya (zaman ajai) seperti Kutai Pakua atau Maua, semuanya hilang dan tidak bertahan hingga sekarang.
