Deutsch: Polyarteriitis nodosa: Mikroskopische Befunde mit knotig verdicktem und verästeltem Arterienzweig aus Dünndarmsubmukosa in natürlicher Größe (Fig. 1). Arterienstämmchen aus dem M. flexor digitorum sublimis mit beginnender diffuser Kernwucherung (x155; Fig. 2).
