案内板の説明文：夫婦銀杏(めおとぎなん)▲博多では銀杏と書いて「ぎなん」と呼ぶ。この夫婦銀杏は大樹三本の内手前一本が雌木で秋にはたわわに黄金色の実をつける。子孫を宿すことから夫婦円満、縁結びの霊樹として氏子崇敬者の敬愛篤く、願掛けが多い。
