Description
Nederlands: Kunstwerk Vive La Fontaine van Dick Aerts. Het staat in het binnenterrein van Natuurcentrum De Marel, midden in een waterpartij. Onthuld in april 2021. Geschonken door Harry Vlek. Het kunstwerk beeldt het verhaal over de Ark van Noach uit. Onderaan zie je overstroomde wereld en bovenaan de Ark van Noach met allerlei dieren. De ark als symbool voor de voortgang van het leven. De Ark staat voor Texel, en de waterpartij voor het water rondom Texel. Water, staat voor welvaart maar ook voor gevaar. Bron:Texelse Courant van 14 apr 2021
