Description

'I Can Hear It' (2012) van de Letse kunstenaar Ivars Drulle.


Het idee om met de grootste aandacht door een hoorn naar de zee te luisteren, heeft onmiskenbaar poëtische charme. Maar het is gebaseerd op een militair instrument. Voor de invoering van de radar werden grote hoorns in het leger gebruikt om het geronk van vijandelijke vliegtuigen op te vangen.
