Description
Deutsch: Granitstele Kunstwerk auf dem Dünenfriedhof der ostfriesischen Nordseeinsel Juist (Niedersachsen, Deutschland); Stele zum Andenken an die auf See bestatteten Juister, gestaltet vom Juister Künstler Dieter Rother. Kopf dieser Stele eine Bronzeplastik, die eine Welle darstellt. Auf kleineren Stelen können Plaketten zur Erinnerung an die Verstorbenen angebracht werden. Am zweiten Advent 2008 wurden die Stelen im Gottesdienst in der ev. Inselkirche unter der Mitwirkung des Juister Shantychores sowie des Juister Ehrenbürgers Hans Kolde an die Inselgemeinde übergeben.
