Türkçe: İzmir'in Şirince sokakları, tarihi taş evleri ve geleneksel dokusuyla ünlü bir yerdir. Bu sokaklarda gezinirken kumda kahve pişiren bir esnafın tezgahına rastlamak mümkün. Kahvesini kumda pişirme yöntemiyle hazırlayan bu esnaf, geleneksel kahve kültürünü yaşatmak için çaba sarf ediyor. Fotoğrafta da görüleceği üzere, kahvesini demleme işlemini kumda gerçekleştiriyor ve bu yöntemle hazırlanan kahvenin eşsiz tadını müşterileriyle paylaşıyor.
English: In the streets of Şirince in İzmir, known for its historic stone houses and traditional atmosphere, you can come across a shopkeeper brewing coffee in sand using the traditional method. This shopkeeper strives to keep the traditional coffee culture alive by preparing his coffee using the sand brewing method. As can be seen in the photo, he prepares his coffee by brewing it in sand, creating a unique and delicious taste that he shares with his customers.
