Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Apang coe atau biasa juga disebut dengan Apang pandan merupakan kue tradisional dari Manado, Sulawesi Utara. Ciri khas warna kue ini kecokelatan karena menggunakan gula merah. Selain itu, Kue ini menggunakan daun pandan sebagai alas untuk menambah aroma wangi pada kue tersebut.
