Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Koyabu merupakan kue jajanan tradisional khas Manado dan Gorontalo ini terbuat dari campuran singkong atau kadang beras ketan, yang disertai dengan parutan kelapa. Juga, Koyabu memiliki isian gula merah. Untuk penyajiannya sendiri, Koyabu akan dibungkus dengan daun pandan atau juga daun pisang yang dikukus. Bentuk dari Koyabu berbentuk segitiga, dimana dalam gigitannya akan terasa gula merah yang meleleh di dalam mulut. (Lokasi: Kota Gorontalo)
