Battle of Bzura – Polish military decoration for soldiers who participated in the Battle of Bzura (September 9th-22nd, 1939) fought between two defending Polish armies "Poznań" and "Pomorze" and the invading Nazi forces.
in the center – a quote from Polish general Tadeusz Kutrzeba:
- "...starali się wykonać niewykonalny w 1939 obowiązek obrony Polski" – they tried to fulfill their impossible duty to defend Poland in 1939.
