Description
Nederlands: Statie nummer 1: "Jesus wird zum Tode verurteilt" ("Jezus wordt ter dood veroordeeld").

De teksten bij de 14 staties in de tuin van het voormalige Bonifatiusklooster zijn in het Duits omdat het hier om een (voormalig) Duits kloostercomplex gaat, dat op Nederlands grondgebied ligt.

De kruisweg uit het begin van de 20ste eeuw is waarschijnlijk ontworpen door de Duitse architect Max Keuchen (1843-1919).

De kruisweg is een Rijksmonument.
