Deutsch: Gegen Ende des Zweiten Weltkriegs wurden zwischen der Contregarde Carl und dem Waffenplatz Philipp, zwei Vorwerken der Festung Rosenberg in Kronach, Betonarbeiten durchgeführt, um dort Produktionsanlagen für die Fertigung von Teilen des Düsenjägers Messerschmitt Me 163 zu errichten. Die Anlagen wurden jedoch nie fertiggestellt und in Betrieb genommen. Das Bild zeigt die heute noch sichtbaren Überreste der durchgeführten Arbeiten an der Nordseite des Waffenplatzes. Im Hintergrund ist die Bastion St. Lothar der Festung zu sehen. |
