English:
World War I (and II) memorial by Ferenc Varga and Mihály Morell (istalled 25 May 1941). Part: bronze statue and two bronze reliefs. In the middle of the monument stands the figure of the soldier who is marching, holding a bayonet rifle in one hand and a laurel wreath in the other. One of the two reliefs shows hussars and the other gunners/artillery. Under WW2 the artillery relief disappered so repleced with a new one in the 1990s, during the renovation. Névtábla H-O kiegészítve alul az Felvidék felszabadítása idején 1938-ban elesettek neveivel. I. Az emlékmű közepán áll a katonaszobor rohamra induló alakja az egyik kezében szuronyos puskát a másikban babérkoszorút tart. A két dombormű egyikén huszárok a másikon tüzérek láthatók. Az 1990-es években történt felújításkor a 2. világháborús áldozatok nevei is felkerültek a talapzatra így összesen 1249 hősi katona neve szerepel az emlékművőn. A közelében található a 'Kiskunfélegyháza Anno' c. Másik ismerrt neve Újtemplom - 1890-ben adták át a Ferenc József később Horty Miklós (majdPetőfi Sándor helyörségi) laktanyát. Ma (megj. 2010-es? években) koncertekenk és kézműves sörgalériának ad otthont. - 1911-ben adták át az új szecessziós stílusban épült vároházát.
