Lo stile è tipico del periodo di Stalin: lo stile è monumentale, ancora ci sono ornamenti artistici come prima di rivoluzoine, ma le finestre sono squadre, 5 piani sono più che prima, ci sono gli appartamenti e i portoni nel cortile. Di sicuro originariamente fu colorata in marrone, beige, grigio o giallo, ma durante la ristaurazione di tutto il centro negli ultimi annni '90 o primi 2000 fu ricolorata.

The typical architectire of the Stalin's period: yet here some artistic features, but windows are square, the house is made for apartments with entrances in the yard side. Originally it must be coloured in beige, brown, gray, yellow, but was repainted in late 1990-s or early 2000-s.

Дом в центре Красноярска, ул. Горького, 10 (перекрёсток с ул. Ленина). Типичный стиль сталинского периода: 5 этажей (больше, чем у дореволюционных домов), квадратные окна, квартиры с подъездами во двор. Скорее всего, изначально он был покрашен в тогдашние типичные цвета: серый, коричневый, бежевый, жёлтый, и был перекрашен во время реставрации центра в конце 90-х - начале 2000-х.
