Summary

[edit]
Description
English: I think this is 보빙사, the 1883 Korean special mission to the United States on a postcard. Caption says in English: "Korean ministers and suits, the one in the middle, holding a book, was ambassador to America". If this is, then the guy holding the book is Min Young Ik. However, Robert Neff seems to think this is circa the 1890s [1].
