Summary

[edit]
Description
V roce 1935 disponovala továrna vlastní transformátorovou stanicí a ještě později byl její výrobní sortiment rozšířen o výrobu zrcadel a fasetových skel.
English: The company Kopista & Dubský operated (since 1909) a factory for watch glasses, which was located in Ctiradova street number 1 (today's address: Ctiradova 508/1, 140 00 Praha 4 - Nusle). Here, the slides intended for assembly into clocks and watches were cut, pressed, ground, polished and finally checked with a measuring device developed by Ing. Antonín Kopista. Between 1912 and 1913, the company (Antonín) Kopista & (Richard) Dubský built a glass cutting plant in Vlastislavova Street in Prague Nusle (today's address: Vlastislavova 603/11, 140 00 Praha 4 - Nusle). In 1935, the factory had its own transformer station and even later its product range was expanded to include the production of mirrors and faceted glass. After the victorious February 1948, the factory was nationalised by a decree of the Minister of Industry like many others.
