Description Östergötlands landskapsten, den ljusgröna till grönsvarta kolmårdsmarmorn, är en 1900 till 2000 miljoner år gammal omkristalliserad kalksten från området kring Kolmården. Den återfinns med några meters tjocklek i vit kalksten, är mycket rik på serpentin (ett vattenhaltigt magnesiumrikt silikatmineral) och kalksilikatmineral som ger kolmårdsmarmorn dess utseende.
