Description
English: Cooked with fresh koi fish along with mustard, turmeric and potatoes. Mangoes (savoury stored as salted dried amchur in almost every bengali kitchen) are added to create the sourness in the dish. Very common dish in rural bengal. Before the mango season sets in the different forms of kutcha mangoes prevails Bengali kitchens.
