| Description |
English: Koh Jin and Wisteria Ace in the Gatun Locks of the Panama Canal during a southbound transit of the Canal from the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean. They are car carriers and are sometimes referred to as ro-ro ships, because cars simply roll on and off the ship to load and unload. The Koh Jin flies the Vanuatuan flag and bears IMO number 8014215. The Wisteria Ace is registered in the Cayman Islands. It bears IMO number 9355197. The photograph was taken aboard the Maasdam, a Holland America Line cruise ship. |
