Description
Deutsch: Der Königshorster Kanal – hier bei Banneick – ist ein 8,9 km langer Kanal, der die Jeetzelniederung südöstlich und östlich von Lüchow (Wendland) entwässert. Der Kanal wurde um 1800 angelegt und in den Jahren 1969 bis 1971 ausgebaut. Er beginnt in der Gemarkung Königshorst östlich von Wustrow, verläuft an Banneick vorbei und fließt anschließend durch die Gemarkungen Saaße, Reddebeitz, Loge und Kolborn, bevor er linksseitig an einem Schöpfwerk in den Luciekanal mündet.
