Description A laser scanning target stands vigil over the plaque describing Knights Ferry Covered Bridge at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District’s Stanislaus River Parks near Oakdale, Calif., June 15, 2011. Architects with the National Park Service’s Historic American Engineering Record visited the bridge in June to capture photographic and laser imagery of the bridge for inclusion as a historical landmark in the Library of Congress, expected in November.
