Description
English: Possibly an Iron Age brooch or a Roman knee brooch. This copper-alloy artefact has been badly damaged and is badly corroded. 71.4mm length (relates to the entire length of the artefact from the head to the foot). 17.2mm width (relates to the widest point of the brooch - at the 'knee joint'). 20.14mm thickness (relates to the thinkness of the brooch across the 'knee joint').
