All of us here relished the opportunity to work on the memorial project with you and your associates, and if we were able to be helpful, we are delighted. And of course we feel handsomely rewarded by the presence of the fine monument. There are no expenses chargeable; Mr. DeLue is taking care of some minor costs for rigging the cover of the statue. If your photographer got any outstand pictures of the memorial, perhaps you would send a sample. We will be getting requests for photos, I am sure, and we would like to be able to refer these requests to the best source. We are laying plans today for a parking area opposite the monument, and may have it completed this fall, with luck.
