Description
English: on the west side of the great city of kisumu county,there exists some rock formation popularly known among residents from the Luo community as "Kit-Mikayi".It means 'Stone of the first wife'.It is said that Long time ago there used to be an old man who fell in love with the rock and he would leave his wife on a daily basis and come to sit with the rock,hence its name.Inside the rock and the caves,serves as a pilgrimage for the local believers called "Legio Maria"
