Description
Français : Cette Photo montre l'interieur du bloc d'UDDT à l´ecole primaire de Kiruhura. Au-dessus de la simple fosse, se trouve une dalle en ciment sur laquelle, une cuvette d´accroupissement en plastique UD est installée pour faciliter la séparation de l'urine et des fèces. L'UDDT est propre et il n'y a pas de mauvaise odeur. Mais il ya des fissures. La cendre apportée par les élèves est gardée dans un seau blanc à l'intérieur.
English: Urine Diversion Dehydration Toilet (UDDT) unit in Kiruhura primary school. Above the single vault, there is a cement concrete slab over which a plastic squatting UD pan is installed to facilitate separation of urine and faeces. The UDDT is clean and there is no bad smell. But it has some cracks. The ash brought by pupils is kept in white bucket inside
