Summary

[edit]
Description
English: St. Paul, who was located in the region called Pisidia in 46 AD, came to Perge Harbor from Cyprus and arrived in Pisidia Antiochica by following this path and one of the first sermons of Christianity was given in Antiokheia. With the proclamation of the pilgrimage center in 325 AD, this road, which St. Paul had walked, was also considered sacred. Many Christians today walk this path to Antiokheia to become a pilgrim. The pathway on the legendary king road used by St. Paulus passes right before the inscriptions on the location of the canyon, Epictetos' A Poem on Free People, so the canyon has been named the Yazili(Written) Canyon.
