| Description |
English: King George V Hut: Woolhampton. This hut is the current village hall. Approval has been granted by the West Berkshire Council to demolish this hall and instead build three modern dwellings in its place. In order to achieve this the council has had to extend the village boundary and as a result ever increasing urban sprawl... This hall is situated south of the A4 and the most westerly minor road in the north western section of the square.
Edit: 30 December 2006. The Hall has been demolished. A new Hall has been built on a different site lower down on the plot, south of the old hall. |
