Description Stained glass in Church of St Thomas the Apostle, Killinghall, North Yorkshire, England. Church completed in 1880, by architect William Swinden Barber. This is the left-hand light of a pair. It shows the Madonna and Child. (The other light shows Elizabeth, wife of Zechariah, and her son John the Baptist.) A brass strip below the window says: "In memory of Amelia Tanner, the wife of the Reverend Canon Elliston, vicar of this parish. Died March 18 1925, aged 54 years. This window was given by parishioners and other friends."
