Description
English: Located around 147 km west of Gangtok, Khecheopalri Lake is a lake in West Sikkim district near a village of the same name. Khecheopalri is spelt as Kha-Chot-Palri (meaning the heaven of Padmasambhava). The lake is considered sacred for both Buddhists and Hindus. It is believed to be a wish fulfilling lake.
