Bahasa Indonesia: AGAM, KOMINFO - Gempa bumi yang terjadi Jumat (25/2), pukul 8.39 WIB dengan magnitudo 6.2, posisi 15 Lintang Utara, 99,98 Bujur Timur, kedalaman 10 Km di Pasaman Barat.

Getaran dirasakan tidak hanya di wilayah Kabupaten Pasaman, Pasaman Barat namun dirasakan hingga wilayah Kabupaten Agam yang menyebabkan kerusakan di Jorong Padang Koto Gadang Nagari Salareh Aia Kecamatan Palembayan.

Menurut informasi yang kami dapat dari Ibu Wali Nagari Salareh Aia, Ibu Eron mengatakan dampak dari bencana alam tersebut dapat dilihat dari adanya kerusakan pada rumah salah satu warga karyawan perusahan perkembangan kelapa sawit PT. Perkebunan Pelalu Raya (PT. PPR).

Informasi ini dibenarkan Manager PT. PPR, Bapak Suyetno, yang kami temui di lokasi kejadian, di komplek perumahan PT.PPR. Beliau menyampaikan bahwa dinding bagian atas sebelah kiri dan plafon rumah runtuh dan menimpa seorang bayi berumur 3 bulan. Saat ini bayi tersebut telah dievakuasi dan mendapatkan perawatan di RSUD Lubuk Basung.
English: AGAM, KOMINFO - The earthquake that occurred Friday (25/2), at 8.39 WIB with a magnitude of 6.2, position 15 North Latitude, 99.98 East Longitude, 10 Km deep in West Pasaman.

The vibrations were felt not only in the Pasaman Regency, West Pasaman but also in the Agam Regency which caused damage in Jorong Padang Koto Gadang Nagari Salreh Aia, Palembayan District.

According to the information we received from Ms. Head of Salareh Aia village, Ms. Eron said the impact of the natural disaster could be seen from the damage to the house of one of the employees of the oil palm development company PT. Pelalu Raya Plantation (PT. PPR).

This information was confirmed by the Manager of PT. PPR, Mr. Suyetno, whom we met at the scene, in the PT.PPR housing complex. He said that the upper left wall and ceiling of the house collapsed and hit a 3 month old baby. Currently, the baby has been evacuated and is receiving treatment at Lubuk Basung Hospital.
