Description
English: Country star Keni Thomas, a former Army ranger, performs a song he wrote in memory of a ranger buddy he lost during operations in Somalia. Thomas was part of the operation featured in the movie Blackhawk Down and his lyrics resonated with members of the audience who have lost fellow servicemembers while in Iraq. Thomas visited LSA Anaconda, Iraq, as part of the Sergeant Major of the Armyâ??s Freedom and Hope USO Tour Dec. 23, 2005.
