| Description |
English: Kencot village sign Put up in 1982. Note the 2 different spellings of Kencot on opposite sides of the sign. For years there was a (friendly) dispute as to whether there was 1 T or 2 Ts at the end of the name. With 4 different roads into Kencot, 2 signs used to have only 1 T, and the other 2 had 2. Nowadays 1 T seems to have become the accepted spelling and the signs on all entries to the village reflect this. |
